This is the update to my autumn newsletter. Fundraising for my China trip has gone well. I have now raised over £2,600 but will still need support. Thanks to everyone who has sponsored me. I will be in China this month for the trek. Final fundraising event Saturday 3rd October from 12 to 4pm at my place. Open House - Raffle, cakes, plants, books jewellery and loads more!

Creative and Spiritual Art Workshops
2.00 to 4.30 (then every 2nd Wednesday of the month)
14th October - Discovering your Guardian Angel
11th November - Drumming and sound
9th December - Origami and spiritual messages
Cost- £6.50 (concessions £5) including refreshments (come to 5 and get 1 FREE!)
 

Saying "No" and letting go
Tuesday 29th September - 7.00 to 8.30 (Taster session)
A course for women of a certain age who would like to "get over" getting older.
This course will be 6 to 8 sessions depending on interest shown on the 29th.
Soup and bread available from 6.15 (£3) - Please book in advance to help me plan catering.
