All courses are held at 101 Bridle Road, Burton Joyce, Nottingham, NG14 5FS. (Map) We are situated on top of a hill, a mile from the village centre, with a beautiful 360 degree view of the Nottinghamshire countryside. On a clear day you can see Belvoir Castle.

I am a qualified Cordon-Vert cook and I provide home-made vegetarian lunches which are included in the course fee. In the summer I like to run the courses outdoors whenever possible.

Parking is easy and off-street and transport arrangements can be discussed if you need some help getting here. The 100 bus runs from town - Queen Street. If you get off at the co-op in Burton Joyce I can arrange a lift up the hill if you don't fancy walking.
